When Can I Bring My Machine In For Servicing Or Repair?
There is no requirement to pre-book workshop work, but can be arranged if desired over the phone.
Drop by our shop any time that suits you and counter staff will grab your details if we do not have them already and book your machine in for servicing or repair.
Please note that workshop job deposits are required for all servicing and repair work.
$50 for Rotary Mowers, Garden Edgers, Cylinder Mowers, and Handheld powertools - Chainsaws, Brushcutters, Hedgetrimmers
$80 for Ride on Tractor Lawnmowers, Log Splitters/Mulchers and commercial equipment such as lawn vacuums
$100 for Zero-Turn Mowers, Cut-off Saws, other large machinery
This deposit is committed towards the final total of the service for which it is booked in for.
Job deposits are not refundable if the machine is in a state of disrepair, uneconomical to repair, etc.
What If I Require My Machine To Be Serviced Or Repaired ASAP?
We offer premium job prioritisation services (jump the queue) at an additional cost to the service or repair that the machine has been booked in for. There are two options available and the prices are as following:
Next Working Day $75.00
Next Job, Same Day $95.00
Please note that turnaround time can be subject to parts availability despite jumping the queue, in which you are still bound to pay for the premium service fee.
Are Pick-up And Delivery Services Available?
At Northern Lawnmower we offer pick-up and delivery services. Whether you have a large zero-turn mower that needs it's annual service, or require your brand new machine purchased with us dropped off to your home, or just don't have the time to run your equipment around, we can come to you, pick-up, and drop off on the same day the following week!
Our pick-up and delivery catchment ranges from North Beach accross to Middle Swan, then up to Bullsbrook back accross to Alkimos.
We also deliver to and around the Yanchep area.

Please note that prices are subject to proximity to our store, commonly ranging from $80-$200 for both pick-up and delivery depending on location.
Do You Accept Trade-Ins/Do You Buy Second-Hand Mowers?
At Northern Lawnmower we accept trade-ins or the purchasing of your mower if you are looking to give it a new home.
Call or email us ahead of time with information on what you have, then come down with your mower that you would like to trade-in/inquire about us purchasing off you so that one of our friendly technicians can evaluate it's condition and what will be required for us to bring it to showroom standard.
Can I Return An Item Purchased In-Store For A Full Refund?
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.
